Long story short: The school system freaked out because my daughter did something inappropriate in class. They called the police, and they all got together and cornered her into telling a pretty mean story about me. I was then asked to stay in a hotel until I can come in and give a statement and take... a polygraph with detectives to "clear my name." Just before I went in to do that, thinking I have nothing to hide, a family member convinced me to consult with Mr. Healy, and that was about the best decision ever. Turns out, the "statement" AND the polygraph is all a ruse to interrogate the accused and get them to say something incriminating whether they're guilty or not. It was a long and painful process that traumatized my whole family, but Mr. Healy managed to get us through it without ever needing to interact with the detectives at all. Awsome Lawyer I highly recommend Mr. Healy to anyone facing serious felony charges or any charges for that matter. If you want to win your case Mr. Healy is your man. I faced two serious felonies, loss of my career, and a ton of jail time. Thanks to Mr. Healy, the jury found me not guilty of every...thing. Trial was an intense four day battle, with Mr. Healy leading the charge. On the stand, the police testified I admitted to assaulting my Fiance causing a facial fracture. On cross examination, Mr. Healy fored them to admit i said no such thing as they responded to other calls before writing their report.(containing my alleged admission) hours later and the truth was they didnt remember what was said. The medical doctor testified I caused the fracture to my fiances face. Mr. Healy aggressively cross examined the doctor and demonstrated his lack of credibility and even got the doctor to admit he didnt know whether or not there was a fracture.My fiance testified (and cried on the witness stand) that i savagely assaulted her and broke her nose. Mr. Healys cross examination tore her to shreds. To add insult to injury, the police testified and provided photographs showing the "blood trail" Mr. Healy countered that my fianceassaulted me and received a bloody nose as i was defending myself. I cannot tell you how trust worthy or knowledgeable Tim is because he would never return calls. He would show up late for court if he showed up at all. After taking my retainer and going through the case making me think he would get the prosecutor to drop it he wanted $10,000 more from me when I ma...ke only twice that a year. If you are reading this then you are in the right place because TIM HEALY IS A WINNING LAWYER. I found myself on the receiving end of false allegations. I was charged with two counts of second degree assault and one count of resisting arrest. I faced years in prison. Tim aggressively and purposefully cross-examined each of the State’s witnesses. Even though the Judge made it difficult at times, Tim was in control of each witness. The court room is very fluid so, things happen at trial that you will not understand but Tim is keenly aware of what is going on and planning his next move. Tim’s closing argument was a grand finale. He was able to summarize the entire case while pointing out every flaw in the prosecution’s case that would make any reasonable person agree with his theory of the case. After the Jury deliberated they came back to the court room with NOT GUILTY VERDICTS on the original felony charges. The prosecutor had “sneaked in” additional charges during the trial. Even so, the jury voted ten to two in favor of not guilty on those and the resisting arrest count. After the trial was over, the prosecutor could not stand the fact that she lost and postured like she was going to take me back to trial on the other allegations. Tim was aware of what was going on and gave her a little time to cool off before turning up the heat by threatening to beat her again. It was only a matter of time before the prosecutor gave in.
