I was charged with two counts on a child sex case in April 2011. It was evident from the get go that the Pierce County Sheriffs Office had already made their minds up that I was guilty. I was told by a detective that if I didn't submit to a law enforcement administered polygraph that I would be charg...ed. I knew right then and there I needed a competent, aggressive barrister.
