Kha Dang is a Partner in Perkins Coie's Seattle office and a member of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice group. Kha's practice focuses on the corporate and transactional needs of startups and high growth technology companies, including corporate formation and founders issues, angel and venture capital financing, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Kha has been advising startups and high growth companies since 1999, from both the outside law firm and as a former in-house general counsel. Kha serves as a key advisor to his clients on fundraising and strategic transactions, bringing a hands-on, practical and business-oriented approach to legal services. Kha's clients include companies and investors in the software/internet, cloud services, big data, digital media and sustainable technology sectors.
