I would honestly give Katherine the highest marks in all of the above areas. She was excellent at managing my case. She was very proactive and always looked down the road and saw things coming ahead of time. Katherine was much more organized and on-top of things than the opposing counsel who worked... for a massive firm with lots of resources. She was incredibly responsive and never took more than a couple hours to answer my questions. She always let me know when she wouldn't be available ahead of time, and always went out of her way to find time to talk to me if needed.
