He was good, got what I wanted, however, dragged it out far more than I felt necessary. My ex had drained our assets, and was refusing to pay anything toward the care for our daughter, and I was left with no money. You will be charged 15 minutes for every call or email you're sent (even if its really not necessary) However, I did end up getting what I wanted, but the other laywer was very junior, and didnt even practice family law.

At the most difficult time in my life Justin took over all my legal issues - we sat down day one and listed out the desired outcome - he exceeded every point. I highly recommend Justin for your Divorce and Parenting Plan needs - his experience and focus keeping an eye on me and what was best for the divorce and also keeping an eye out for my children and keeping their best interest at heart while balancing my emotions and what was best long term. You will not find a better lawyer than Justin Sedell.

I just finalized my divorce, which ended up being a complex multi step process involving more than one attorney to represent me. I am of course very grateful to my attorney who very skillfully got me to the finish line, but I am as well so grateful to Justin Sedell for his invaluable help, support and advise when I needed it most. Our divorce had reached an impasse and needed a new direction. This is when I came to consult with Justin.
Justin had come highly recommended to me as the person I needed to consult, and this is what I did, twice, within a few months. He calmly assessed the situation, respectful of all involved, untangling the situation I was in, giving me direction and advise on how to move forward. He could have easily taken my case over, but his professionalism was such that he advised me on what to do to save our situation and move my case forward, which is what I did. At the same time, he kept himself available would I need any extra help, at any time, for any legal matter.
His assessment of the situation was completely accurate as the outcome showed it, his advise was what got us back on track with our divorce, his support at such a challenging time was invaluable.
I would highly recommend Justin for legal consulting, as this is the capacity I have known him.
