Jason is DEFINATELY who you want on your side!

First off let me say, I did quite a bit of research. When I initially contacted his office, they wanted to put me with another partner within the firm. I politely declined and they got me scheduled quickly with Jason! The consultation was excellent and I love that it was a flat rate, so I knew he wou...ldn't nickel and dime me (so to speak) as most attorneys do. He never promised me anything, but he predicted everything that came to be true in the end. He had my whole case wrapped up within 6 months (which was quicker than he thought). He was absolutely flawless. He can be a bit tricky to get ahold of by phone, but you can make an appointment to see him in person or by phone ANYTIME. I did both several times. He is a busy attorney that is highly sought after and that is why it can be tricky. He will always make the time for you. Also, Travis and Melissa are a flawless part of his team that you will come to know just like Jason. I would hire him in the blink of an eye again & again & again. In fact, I have one more separate matter that I will hire him for on a later date down the road.

Jason rocks!

After being disappointed by several lawyers and wasting a ton of money with no results, I was referred to Jason about 3 weeks before trial. Jason took it on with no problem. He knows his stuff and is to be feared in the courtroom for this reason. I would love to just sit and watch him in the courtroo...m against another lawyer because he is that good. It was just such a relief to find a lawyer and get a resolution to a 4 year long divorce and custody battle. Other circumstances lead to full custody that he didn't know about but it still all worked out in my favor to have him on my side. Reasonably priced too. I can't thank Jason enough for helping me finally close this case. I agree with all the other users reviews in favor of him. He has a good sense of humor but knows when to be serious too and being easy on the eyes doesn't hurt either! My parents (who attended court with me) and I were very impressed. Thank you Jason! No doubt if I ever need help again, I will know who to call and I highly recommend him.

The best lawyer you could ever meet

When I was 21 I had a child out of wedlock with a man I barely knew and unfortunately he was an abusive, scary individual. I needed a lawyer and protection order fast and Jason was on it. He was my lawyer for 5 long years and he represented me for protection/restraining orders and a step parent adopt...ion. He was more than just some lawyer, he really looks out for you and cares like you were his family. He is compassionate and has a great sense of humor. Aside from that he is professional, quick to file documents with the court and puts up one hell of a fight during trial! If you want to protect your family he is the man you want respresenting you. He won my case and my child is finally safe and happy with the dad who has raised her since she was a baby and now is legally her dad. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for my family!!

I wished I'd picked him first

My custody battle raged on for 2+ years and involved a history of abuse and two children with special needs: one with autism, the other with a severe hearing impairment. I hired Jason after a year of outrageous legal bills and no resolution from my original attorney. Jason immediately orchest...rated mediation which resulted in a final parenting plan, a feat my previous lawyer was unable to accomplish. Within a month of signing, the final parenting plan required modification because my ex would not follow it and was harming our autistic son. Jason fought hard over 9-months to show cause and then successfully modified the parenting plan without trial. I'm not going to say it was 100% smooth-sailing. That would be unrealistic. He's hard to get a hold of which can be stressful and annoying BUT it's outweighed by his overall professionalism, respectfulness, sense of humor, ability to prevail on all major points and a flat-rate billing paradigm. There were plenty of moments, I expressed frustrations about the process, his practice, and the slower than a slug's pace that things get accomplished in family law. He took it all in stride and understands his chosen profession is a stressful hot mess. Over two years, I watched plenty of lawyers in action while waiting my turn in a courtroom. I never once wished one of them was my lawyer instead of Jason. He's a good choice and I will hire Jason again if my case flares up. (knock-on wood that won't be necessary). Note to parents of children with autism spectrum disorder: My original attorney has an ASD child. Don't be fooled while searching. She understood my situation but failed to convey it to the court. Jason learned a ton working with us, understands the complexities involved in family law and special needs, and has the connections you'll need. He fought a good, clean fight and won the battle for my autistic son's chance at an independent future. For that I am grateful.

Wonderful Lawyer and Office

Jason is an excellent lawyer who handled my family law case with confidence and integrity. I needed someone with expertise in cases involving military service members and was not disappointed. Jason immediately got to work on my case, wasting no time. He is concise, professional, and returns correspo...ndence in a reasonable time frame. His legal staff and partners are top notch, especially Melissa and Hayley, who exceeded my expectations in answering my questions so calmly and professionally during a very high stress period in my life. The legal fees were nominal in light of the exceptional service this law office provides. He was able to help me resolve a high conflict case without having to bring it into a full on trial, saving me legal fees, time, and stress. I'm very grateful to Jason and everyone in his office who ensured the safety and future well-being of my children and myself, and I highly recommend him to anyone in a family law situation.
