Divorce and Child Support

Jason has been my attorney for many years. His law firm has a team of professional that come highly recommended. There experience and knowledge in divorce proceedings are paramount. He has represented me well in all my court proceedings with successful results. He is also well versed in military ...rules and regulations regarding spousal support and entitlements. I would highly recommend him to former military spouses and/or military service members. My experience with him as my representative has been outstanding. Thank you Jason for all you've done.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

When I first arrived to my consultation with Jason, he greeted me and already knew about my case. He did his research prior to my arrival. Was a great feeling and refreshing how well prepared he was, for our consultation. I immediately knew, I wanted his assistance with my cases. Jason and Melissa (p...aralegal) have been phenomenal during my two cases. They’re on it! And on top of that they’re friendly, sharp, straight forward, easy to talk to, gives quick responses, questions are answered and have a take charge approach. LOVE IT!!! Outstanding lawyer!

Jason came by recommendation and while I was hesitant on going with the first lawyer I spoke with, I am happy I did. He is very knowledgable; he was upfront with me from the beginning and the final result of my case was exactly what we had anticipated. Most family related cases are highly emotional, ...and Jason handled everything with compassion and also a sense of humor. I feel confident in referring this attorney to anyone I know. He is worth every penny!

Great Lawyer with a great team behind him

I hired Jason on a whim, hoping for the best and I'm so glad I did! Jason's team was very thorough, my case was very complex and the other party was doing nothing that they were supposed to. Jason ensured they were held accountable for their actions, and was able to argue and prove our points time an...d time again. My case lasted for about 10 months, there were times where I felt defeated, but Jason ensured everything was going to turn out fine, and it definitely did! Jason made sure I was up to date on every detail, didn't miss a motion or a chance to appeal anything. I felt completely confident in his ability to represent me, which is HUGE when it comes to the most important thing in a parent's life, your children. His paralegals kept in constant contact with me, and were nothing but friendly and professional(even when I was being a stressed out, hard to deal with client:) I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Jason. His team is fantastic, welcoming and doesn't miss a beat! Worth every penny I spent!!

So happy we had Jason on our side!!

After wasting a ton of money on consultation fees with lawyers who told me that exact opposite of what I wanted to hear I found Jason around 4:50 PM on a Monday. I called his office and explained the custody situation that was currently going on in another state and they told me to come in THAT EVENI...NG to get everything sorted out! Jason stayed at his office for quite a while past closing time to help calm me down and figure out our case. He then had the papers filed to get the court case switched to Washington before the end of the week! He wasted no time helping us out! I received daily emails and calls from Mr. Benjamin and his staff to keep me updated every step of the way. Not only did he stay late for us, but Mr. Benjamin also came in early to help us with a hearing that was going on in Texas. He got my case switched to Washington and has helped untangle this crazy case we've had going on for almost 2 years. I'm so thankful to have found Mr. Benjamin, he did so much for us and cost us a lot less than anyone else would! I would recommend anyone who needs help in a custody situation contact Jason and his team!
