Jason's the Man!

Jason Benjamin get's results you need. I had three different attorneys before Jason, and none of them where as intelligent as he was with my case. He's a go getter, and is always there for you. He worked around my schedule day or night, and even weekends. I can't thank him enough. I tell everyon...e I no to use him, because I belive in him that much. Jason your the Man! Thanks again..

Amazing Attorney

I got the name of Jason Benjamin from a friend who had used him. I didn't know what to expect when my divorce first started and was very nervous and scared. Jason took me to court and got me everything and more than I even thought I could get. Since my divorce Ive been back to Mr. Benjamin to update ...my parenting plan. He took me through court again and I dont wanna brag but he blew my ex-husbands attorney out of the water. He was amazing... I got everything we had asked for and at the time my ex was mounting a case against me which could have made Jason alot of money by representing me, but Jason got his attoney to drop the case and gave up making that money to help me. Thats how I know he's a great attorney. I would reccomend Jason Benjamin to everyone. I couldn't of asked for a better attorney.

satisfied client

when I came to Jason I felt helpless and had just lost that week in court and wanted a new lawyer and he was in the court room that day for one of his cases and remembered my case, he explained to me that my case was straight forward and answered all my questions and told me what to expect if we wou...ld have went to trail luckily we were able to settle without a trail I feel the outcome was fair and was what I wanted Jason is honest up front and very helpful and I would go to Jason for again if needed and would recommend him to anyone, thanks Jason

Genuinely and sincerely dedicates to fight for the truth. He was very honest and open with me about my challenges in the case.

Jason Benjamin accepted my case regardless of my challenges. He understood that I was battling against an ex-husband who had millions of dollars. The other party brought in 3 well known local attorneys that Jason was up against. One who eventually withdrew from the case. His rates are very reasonab...le. He committed himself to my case that came with very complicated legalities and a number of complex issues. My case involved child abuse, child endangerment,neglect and mental disorders with the other party. My case had a very extensive list of witness's, 3 of which were expert witness's that Jason arranged . Jason was very responsive and knowledgeable family law and related cases. As the other party was willing to spend what ever it took and constantly was filing frivolous motion after motion, Jason responded to every attack without hesitation. My case lasted over a year, trial was set and Jason was very prepared and very aggressive. My case prevailed over the other party. I am very grateful for Jason. He fought for the truth and certainly works with integrity. I have never known of any attorney who is willing to commit the way Jason did.

jason is an outstanding attorney. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to look at my case and give me options and ideas on how I could go about making a stressful situation better.
