Fantastic Attorney

Jason helped my husband and me gain full custody of my step son. We are very pleased with the outcome of our case. I would and have recomended him to anyone needing a lawyer specializing in family law. He is very honest and upfront and will tell you whether or not you are being realistic. I have full... confidence in his abilities, he has been our lawyer for more than 5 years through a long custody case and I can say from experience he will do what it takes to fight for you. We are very thankful for Jason.

A great lawyer

Jason has done a wonderful job for me. Hes straight forward and very honest. He has helped me thru a custody battle. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. He was the prefect choice for me.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

I have to be honest the first time I talked to Jason he made me cry. He was straight forward and honest about my situation. Jason was able to see the bigger picture of what I could have in my situation. He recommended I go through mediation to change my parenting plan which I did. Although, it’s ...not exactly what I had pictured he counted every single day I had my daughter throughout the year and helped me realize that it is exactly what I wanted which was a 50% parenting plan. I was extremely happy. After, that my ex husband left for a job in a different state and tried to take my daughter with him. Jason took all the necessary steps to prevent this from happening and six months later I have custody of my daughter. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in court proceedings and is honest about what he can and cannot do. He always told me what my options were and both ends of the scenario. He is truthful and that is a great asset. I thought my case was difficult but Jason has a lot of experience and he knew exactly how to deal with my ex-husband. He knew what type of personality he had and Jason knew how to talk to him. I could have never imagined I have all that I do now. I have recommended Jason to others that need an attorney and they have had only positive experiences. I know of people who have had up to three attorneys and have not gotten the results they got after hiring Jason. I am blessed to have found Jason the first time because I can’t imagine having to deal with someone who is not fighting hard for you. Yes, Jason is busy but he set up phone conferences to talk to me when I was in a different state and talked to me when he needed information to move my case forward. When I started to get discouraged my worries were put to rest. Somehow thank you doesn’t seem to be enough. Thank you, Jason and your staff for all your hard work.

Divorce

I hired Mr.Benjamin after I was not treated right by another attorney and his staff.Iam very pleased with the work and Knowledge that Mr.Benjamin provided to my needs.Iwas going through a very nasty divorce and was treated right by him and his staff.I also refered a few co-workers to him.
