Jason Benjamin is a great attorney to hire.

listens very well, understands you. he was very helpful with my case and was very responsible with my case when we went to court. And a nice person too. He knows what he is doing.

Straight forward, honest, caring, knowledgeable, atty to have on your side!

I would and do recommend Jason to anyone and everyone I come into contact with who may have an issue regarding child custody and/or family law. I was referred to Jason by a former client and was so very happy with the way my case was handled and with how I was treated. He and his firm exceeded all my... expectation ten fold. It is hard to find a lawyer who cares about YOU first, and money second. I went in for my initial consultation and we pretty much got right down to business immediately. I had had consultations with 2 attorneys regarding the same issue, prior to meeting Mr. Benjamin, who only wanted to talk about money and made me feel uncomfortable and like I was in over my head. I was in a very bad situation where my ex husband had taken control of my children and was abusing that control and using our children as pawns to hurt me, harming them and abusing me in the process. After I retained Mr. Benjamin, we had our first meeting and he called my ex, who immediately began playing nice. It was wonderful. Now my case is over and I have exactly what I had hoped for and I owe it all to Mr. Benamin, who advocated for me in ways I could not have. He went above and beyond and my children and I am forever grateful. If you are looking for a down to earth attorney to help you fight a snake of an ex for your kids and make you feel comfortable while doing so, I would never choose another attorney. Thank you, Jason, for giving me and my kids our lives back.

Jason Benjamin is an awesome attorney! He is highly competent, professional, honest and affordable!

When people talk about attorneys, it seem like " Blood Sucking Demons " is the phrase that people like to use to describe them. I was unfortunate to have had one of those before i met Jason Benjamin. There is nothing more scary than having your life suddenly be turned upside down and needing someone ...you can trust to represent you fast and efficiently...and be affordable! I thought all attorneys were the same, boy was i wrong! My first attorney took my money and did not return my calls, left me waiting in court for him to show up 45 min. late on the most important day. That was a hard lesson that i will never have to go through again. Jason Benjamin was like a godsend... I had a truly difficult custody case that came with multiple challenges/battles that turned into other cases for Jason to help represent me through also. He took on so much for me and my three children. He worked with me for hours on end in the evening and on weekends...He does the work right there with you in his office were he has two computers right there on his desk...he has a wonderful staff but i found he hardly ever needs any help...Jason is a highly competent multi tasker with skills on a genius level. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my case/cases! If i ever need representation again i will always turn to Jason Benjamin.

Divorce And Custody Client

During the time of research and finding this lawyer I found myself in a very tight and difficult situation. I was scared to get a divorce living cross country from my wife who was raising my daughter in Washington and was threatening to never let me see my child again. I felt as though I had the most... impossible case that no lawyer would wanna deal with. But with all my doubts I sat down with Mr. Benjamin and he promised me that he would get me custody and remarkably he did. Jason has techniques and resourceful tools that make any divorce or custody case seem easy to handle. With all of the knowledge and experience that Jason is equipped with. It is so important to speak with a lawyer of his caliber that can give you the confidence you need to see the outcome you are looking for no matter what scenario. This is a lawyer that will do his best to get you what you want. I recommend Jason Especially for fathers that feel that they want to be actively involved in their children lives and don't know how. Jason Benjamin is who you need to have represent you!!

Great Lawyer

I worked with Jason Benjamin for a custody battle that took place over a year after my divorce was final. My ex-husband was making false accusations and embellishing the truth, in order to turn the partenting plan around to give him and his new wife full custody, and wanted me to have to pay him chi...ld support. Jason worked with me for over a year through the many hearings that took place. Jason was able to help prove that my statements were accurate, that my ex-husband was not being truthful, and that he did not have reasonable grounds to win his case. When it came time to write declarations, Jason made sure that every statement we made was not spiteful or insulting, but was to the point. This helped me to be able to come out of the case with my head held high, knowing that I didn't stoop to the lower levels of my ex-husband and his attorney. Everything we said and did was based on supported fact. Being a single mother, I was financially strapped. Jason took this into consideration when discussing fees, and he made sure that our time was used wisely. The total of my expenses were incredibly reasonable, and so much less than what I expected. In the end, the custody and parenting plan remained nearly the same as it was before, and the minor changes that took place were ones that I desired. Not only did my ex-husband loose his case, but he was also ordered to pay 70% of my attorney fees, and his monthly child support was increased by 28%. I would have never been able to have such a great outcome without the help of Jason and his office staff. I am very grateful for their time and patience. I owe many thanks to Jason, Diane, and Elaine.
