Jason is a Ninja Lawyer (that what my kids would say)

Jason just helped me in a confusing custody case that I had another lawyer tell me to settle. He did a great job arguing the case and getting it dismissed. His sense of the little things in this case really made the difference.

Mr. Jason Benjamin is the tops lawyer in child custody,he is doing Excellent job! in my case,he is enthusiastic,knowledgeable ,kind,very helpful lawyer,frofessional with a very unique strategy, he is honest and straight forward in child custody matter.I am very impressed!. Jason is Phenomenal!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!

The entire time I worked with Jason I felt absolutley blessed that I had him for my attorney! He engaged himself into my case - He always knew where the case was at - He was always prepared as to what needed to be focused on and had a clear plan on how we was going to handle every situation down to t...he finest detail. I felt secure and confident he would take care of everything and he did and did it very well!! He is highly respected and well liked and is truly the best attorney I have ever met!!

JASON, THE BARACUDA!!!

Jason Benjamin is the best out of all three child custody lawyers that handled my case. Jason was the lawyer that I felt fought the hardest for me and had the best personality. My friend told me he heard someone beating on the table from the other room; I was proud to say that the noise was coming fr...om my lawyer fighting for me and making a point. Jason took my case on last minute when other lawyers were trying to charge me ridiculous prices and others said they did not have enough of an advanced notice. I felt that he really ripped my ex to shreds on the stand and proved to the judge that the GAL was lying for the opposing party. Mr. Benjamin is incredibly trustworthy, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would hire Jason again without having a second thought. We won custody of my son earlier this month.

Jason Benjamin is the lawyer you would want to back up you and your children!

Jason is absolutely the best child custody lawyer ever! He represented me and my children with the utmost of concern and care. He never pushed us along because he was too busy, he took every call and concern of mine as if it was his own. He went out of his way to help and give us what was deserved. ...He listened intently to our issues, and worked hard to resolve them. Jason is very knowledgable, knows all the ins and outs. He always kept me informed on new information that came up. He is extremely professional and dedicated to his job. Hes curtious, kind, respectful, listens well, works quickly, very efficient, and cant forget to mention he will definitly share a laugh with you. I will never go to another lawyer to represent me. I fully put my trust in Jason to help and know he will go the "long haul" for us. He went above and beyond my expectations.
