Highly Recommend

After spending over $10k with another lawyer with no progress, I explored other options and found Mr. Benjamin. My original lawyer was continuously contacting me, requiring more money. Mr. Benjamin was very clear, from the beginning, what my fees would be and he did not waiver from that agreement. I ...felt Mr. Benjamin sincerely cared about the outcome of my case and was not just interested in collecting a paycheck. He took the time to meet with me often to explain where we were in the process and what to expect next. His is very straight forward - never sugar coating the situation or minimizing my concerns. In specifics that I worried and stressed about, Mr. Benjamin had a clear, calm understanding and explained what to expect and how to proceed. He is truly a stable presence amidst a chaotic and emotionally challenging time. In court, he is prepared, concise, articulate, dynamic and confident. As a result of his efforts and readiness, Mr. Benjamin was able to secure every request I had in my case. I greatly appreciate all he did, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone seeking a competent, capable lawyer. The only thing I regret about working with Mr. Benjamin, is that I was not able to work with him sooner.

He's worth the investment!

I retained Jason in May of this year after having been pro se for about six months. Our custody case was a mess and I was pretty worried about how solid it was at that point. I met with Jason and discussed the case… I don’t know how much of it he actually believed at the time because some of t...he extreme details were just unheard of. He decided to take my case and represent us. He was very accommodating with payment plans on the $5,000 retainer, which I appreciated. Throughout the length of the custody battle, Jason was efficient and knowledgeable. There were times when I felt doubtful that he would win our case and would feel frustrated. Both Jason and Elaine (his assistant), were always available to discuss my concerns and fears. Jason is thorough in his research and will do his best to bring the truth to the table, even if it seems unbelievable. I would recommend Jason to anyone going through what we just went through. He is the attorney you want representing you because he is very thorough, knowledgeable and quick in the courtroom. Be prepared to be patient and develop thick skin, because Jason tells it how it is- no sugar coating. Because of his efforts, we were awarded full custody last week… there are no words to express what he did for our family.

Relocation

my ex-boyfriend told me I had a bad lawyer, that I wasn't going to be able to relocate with our son. I had a 50/50 custody plan with my sons father, my son is 4 years old and my husband and our family were to be stationed in georgia for the Army. Well Jason was right not to worry, everything worked ...out just like he predicted and my son is relocating to Georgia. Jason was affordable and also flexible with payments and well worth it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him he knows what he's doing don't ever doubt him like I did, he surely proved me wrong. I will be thanking this guy for the rest of my life and I hope his career and family will always be blessed. Thank You!!! so much!!!!

Jason is an advocate for Fathers rights!

Jason is working very hard to make the impossible possible. I am a Father that is trying to get custody of my daughter. It is very hard in this state to gain custody if you are a father and we were very close to making that happen because of Jason's hard work! I believe Jason loves what he does a...nd his retainers and rates are very reasonable. I have spoke to people that have told me that Jason was the opposing partys atty and lost to Jason. The consensus is "find Jason first" so he can fight for you instead of being on the opposing end. Our case is not over yet and have a long road ahead of us . I am happy to have Jason by my side every step of the way! Thanks Jason! your a rock star!

The BEST attourney in Western Washington to fight for your family!

I was blindsided when my ex served me with court papers after he had vanished for over a year. And to make matters worse, he ha retained a very well known, very aggressive attorney. Thinking that my ex's horrible record including drugs and violence and abandonment would speak for itself in court, I ...went to court and represented myself. I was steamrolled by his attorney and was shocked as the judge ruled in their favor and which immediately began giving him visitation, which would after a few short visits, mean that my son would travel ten hours on a single weekend to visit my ex and go from there.
