I don't know what else to believe except he was " GOD SENT "

Jason P. Benjamin, is always on the right track. Professional when need be, aggressive when need be, caring all the time, knows his job like no other. I believe he is an attorney because he obviously LOVES what he does and not looking to break your bank! He is worth every single penny. He saved me an...d my 3 daughters after losing $22,225.00 on another attorney who did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me. I will send anyone and everyone I know who is looking for an " AWESOME " attorney straight to his office door! You are the BEST, and thank you for understanding a single moms difficulties making it even harder not ever receiving any child support for the past 2 years. If you wouldn't had continued to call as depressed as I was I would have never had such an AWESOME attorney. I will never be able to show my appreciation towards you enough... THANK YOU Jason!!!!

Jason will devour the enemy, with confidence, and a smile.

Believe in who you hire for an attorney, and know that if Jason Benjamin didn't believe in you, he wouldn't take your case. I would like to say that Jason Benjamin was not hired by me, rather he believed me, and trusted me, and took my case. I had a messy, messy, child custody case that most attor...neys would have undoubtedly quoted me so highly for I would have had no choice but walk out of their office with no hope. Then there is Jason, confident, educated, and humble. It took 11 months and 7 days for me to receive what we were fighting for, but well worth the wait. I received full custody of all three of my children and permission to leave the state with them. #1 thing I learned, children are worth waiting for. Jason brought peace in the court room, integrity, and justice. While watching other "Jerry Springer" like attorneys fight for their unruly clients; I was proud to stand next to Jason. He fights with facts not drama. Some advice: An attorney and their team are not YOUR administrative team. It is your job to be prepared with your papers of defense. It's all accessible as well Jason's team, amazing Elaine, and Diane, and a few others are prompt to help you. 1. have copies of everything you want Jason to show to the court with you, always. 2. talk less and listen more. IF YOU ARE TELLING THE TRUTH, JASON WILL WIN. Jason fights, Jason wins. Jason is smart. Jason can be trusted. Jason cares. As parents we care most about our children. Often times the emotions of divorce are stacked with the emotions of losing or winning time with our babies. Any parent who is not emotionally charged, would not be hiring an attorney to fight. I believe most strongly that Jason Benjamin cares. He is patient and straight. Believe in who you hire. Hire Jason Benjamin.

Just what I needed!

When a friend recomended Jason Benjamin I was pretty much hopeless going through never ending hearings trying to get my son back from his dad and trying to prove that i was not the evil in the story as the oposing party tried to make me look. I have had two attorneys already, have spent a lot of mon...ey with them but I was getting nowhere. When i met the first time with Jason he was honest and after reviewing all the documentation that i had to support my case he didnt set false or high expectations and i liked his honesty. All i wanted was to have my son every day with me and he told me that he was going to be shocked if I didnt get the custody because i had everything to win.Finally when the trial came (it lasted 4 days) i could see him in action and was when i confirmed that he is good on what he does and of course I won the custody of my son. I just can say that if you are looking for honesty and results Jason is the attorney to hire. I also have to mention that his secretary Elaine and his paralegals are very supportive and friendly, many times i was about to lose my mind but they were always nice to me and very patient. I do appreciate that from Jason's office becaue it does a great difference when going through so much stress as the stress experienced when going through this kind of issues.

The beginning of the end to my ten year nightmare.

This is my first review on Jason Benjamin, and after all is done with, I will write another review. JASON ROCKS!! Just saying :). I am currently coming to the end of a 10 year long and arduous custody battle. Jason is my 5th attorney and I am absolutely confident that he is going to make all the wr...ongs right. Over the years, I have tried to convince the courts that my children were in a detrimental situation, but I was never successful. Recently, my children were subjected to more violence, which resulted in the police bringing them to me. I was absolutely at the end of my rope, and when I called my former attorney I was told to write a declaration, edit it, rewrite it, and then it would be submitted to the court. I was told that I would not be able to get an emergency injunction to keep my children with me until it could be re-reviewed by the court. I was not satisfied with that. I got online, started reading up about Jason, and decided to call him. Again, Jason is my 5th attorney, and he is the only one who was able to get immediate results for me. Jason was able to go into court and get that emergency injunction for me . Jason has started to restore my faith in the Family Courts system, and when this is all over that faith will be even more restored. That day in court was surreal for me as I began to realize that the judge was actually listening to my plee. Jason is entirely responsible for that, and I will be forever grateful to him. I am amazed by what he was able to do in just minutes. Jason has a presence about him that exemplifies knowledge, confidence and seeking justice for his client. For the first time, I actually believe that my attorney does care about my situation, and is going to make sure that I am heard, so in turn my children will finally be physically and emotionally safe, which is all I ever wanted as any parent would want. During this process, everytime I have walked into the court house I felt one more time I was probably wasting my time, and this sense of fear and anxiety overwhelmed me. Now that Jason is my attorney, I will walk into that court house walking with my head held high and that sense of fear is gone. Thank you Jason, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You are amazing!! I am not a religous person, but I do have a very strong spiritual foundation, and I absolutely believe that I was Jason was put in my life for a reason, and I am confident that Jason is going to work hard for me and my children. This battle is not over yet, but this time I am going into it ready to fight instead of ready to be disappointed and frustrated. Jason's team is amazing too, by the way!! Thank you ladies!!! I am truly grateful to all of you.

A great attorney!

Found Jason by chance ( LUCK) back in 1997 when I was was going thru a divorce. I initially hired another attorney but soon fired that person. So I searched for a new attorney, From the first meeting with Jason, I had full faith in him! I won my case. Since then I have referred family, frie...nds, co-workers even strangers to him. He has ALWAYS done an excellent job for everyone. Jason has been my attorney for almost 15 years now. He has represented me in 2 divoreces, and 3 custody cases! He is an oustanding attorney and I will continue to refer him to people because I believe in him and know he will always do a great job for me and fight for me!
