He is worth all the Benjamin's

Mr. Benjamin not only carries himself with a certain type of confidence, he passes that confidence onto his clients, and rightfully so. Cool collected and always in control Mr. Benjamin will fight for you and your loved ones. Unlike many other attorneys I have dealt with in the past, when in Jason’...s presence I do not feel like a dollar amount but a person he actually cares about helping. Thank you Mr. Benjamin you are making a real difference in my life and the life of my children.

The right attorney

Jason was fabulous with my case. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family law attorney. He knows the law and works diligently for his clients. My case was fairly complex with many different things to consider, it wasn't a typical divorce. His fees were fair and he stayed within the p...rice quoted initially. He and his staff are friendly. My only complaint is it can be difficult to reach him sometimes due to his incredibly busy schedule. However, I am completely happy with the outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better or more qualified attorney.

Jason is the best attorney you can find, I got the full custody of my child and my divorce was done! I highly recommend him for family law issues. I had divorce, child custody, child support and DV cases all involvoed and Jason did an incredible fantastic legal service for me and for my daughter.

Excellent to work with!!!!

Jason was extremely helpful with my relocation case. Very reassuring and very knowledgeable. Not only did he win the case for me, but he made it so much easier on me. I highly recommend him to anyone i know.

Jason Benjamin is a fantastic attorney and has guided me through my divorce process with ease.

Jason Benjamin has been my attorney for almost two months now, in that short amount of time he has managed to accomplish alot for my daughter and I. Including getting me, the father custody of my 7 month old daughter. I talked to many attorneys that since I was a man, did not believe that they could ...get me custody of my daughter. I finally meet with Jason in late January, and from the start he has believed in me and has won my child custody divorce. I know that it seems like it is impossible for a man to win custody of his child but I did not take no for an answer. It took me weeks to find MR. Benjamin and when I did I knew from the start that he was on my side and was going to whatever it took to help me throug my case. Jason works quickly and informs you every step of the way of whats going on in your case. Jason is an outstanding lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone who is in my position.
