Jason was awesome!

Jason was a great attorney! I'm a father who was looking to get custody of my daughter and Jason made it happen. I now have custody of her and am able to move on with life. People always say that WA is a "Mother state" but not with Jason Benjamin in your corner. He took all of the stress out of the c...ustody process. Jason is well organized, informative and very aggressive. Any father that would fight to have their child(ren) should Definitely give Jason a call.

An excellent Lawyer

I am coming out of a terrible marriage and didn’t know what to expect. I went to the JAG office and got a printout of lawyers they recommend. After doing research on the net I came across the reviews on Jason. I have to say that I am grateful to have him and his team working with me. Jason is very af...fordable and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done not only for my best interest but also for my son and his best interest. I communicate with Jason and his office on a daily basis. His team is very professional and patient with me through hard time. At first I was nervous when I met Jason for a consultation but after talking to him I was more at ease and was very confident he would do his best. Jason did a great job at my temporary hearing and I know he will do an amazing job at my final hearing. He and his staff work very hard for me. Jason told me up front the pro’s and con’s that could come out of this case. He told me that it would be work on my part as well and made me feel part of the team. For that I am very grateful. I don’t feel like I am kept out of the loop because of the constant communication. I truly feel that I am getting more than what I paid for which is awesome for me. Jason knows a lot about the law and will find everything he can that will work in my case. Jason is very easy to talk to if I have a question. Jason takes each case very seriously and shows his hard work and dedication every time. He worked hard to keep me where I live now with my son and made sure we were safe again. He managed to accomplish that within a few hours of me meeting him to discuss my case. He cares very much about the well-being of children involved in cases such as mind and makes it appoint to find the best solution. Words cannot express my gratitude or how thankful I am to have a lawyer like Jason and his team on my side. I definitely recommend Jason to represent you during a tough time. I believe you will get more from him and his staff then what you paid for. He and his staff are truly worth it. I recommend meeting Jason and see what he can do for you.

Looks out for best interests and fights hard for them!

I have been working with Jason for the last two years. First on my divorce and custody hearing and now for relocation and modifying my parenting plan. He has always had my daughters best interest at heart and fought hard to protect her safety. He has done an amazing job with both of my cases and I...'m extremely happy with the work he's done! You definitely want him representing you.

remarkable

My family has been going through some terrible child custody battles and I have many unaswered questions. I wrote my problem on the website and asked just to speak to Mr. Benjamin. Within minutes of sending the email, he called me and spent a good part of a half hour talking to me. He answered eve...ry question that I shot at him. I would hire this man with all confidence that he would get results thatI wanted from him. Thank God there are attorneys like this!

Great Attorney not out for just your dollars!!!!

I had my exhusband serve me with papers from his attorney to move out & sell are home, that we purchased together while married, on my son's 18th birthday. Jason saw me about this issue and told me to write his attorney a letter about are financial debts we still owed to IRS and my exhusbands child s...upport bill that hadn't been paid in 3 years and back property taxes owed of 33 thousand dollars. So I did what Jason said and sure enough I recieved a letter from my exhusbands attorney in about 2-3 weeks telling me he was not going to represent my exhusband and was no longer to be informed of any issues reguarding the two of us. Jason futher more told me if the letter didn't work to get back with him about it. I saved a lot of money just talking to Jason about it at a free console. I had spoke to another attorney previously about the same issue and that attorney wanted $500 to write a letter and a $3,500 retainer to go any further after the letter. So in my opinion Jason is very honest, upfront and knowledgeable. I would hire him in the future if needed, and will highly refer him to anybody looking for services he offers. I have worked with many attorney's in the past, and think Jason rates A+++
