Best lawyer for child custody !!! Great team

I couldn't be any more grateful with Mr. Benjamin and his team, they took my case after a previous lawyer mess up and rip me off and almost end up losing my son, was great to work with him and his team was always helpful and available answering questions and calming down my fears of losing my son .. ...I completely recommend Mr Benjamin and his Team they did great job and I can never said enough Thank you to them for helping me getting back my son .. On trail Mr Benjamin was fully prepared and kept me calm and give the trust I need it .. If you read this Jason Benjamin THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING MY CASE !!! THANK YOU !!! THANK YOU !!! Hire Jason P Benjamin if You Need to WIN!

We needed an attorney in Tacoma, WA. I met with several lawyers and all of them wanted a HUGE retainer because they 'knew about these matters' and this would 'take some time' and probably about 12K. Attorney Benjamin met with us, he was hired a few hours later and we had the children in our custody w.../in 24 hours. HIRE HIM TO HANDLE YOUR CUSTODY MATTER.

We trust him with our child future

We hired Jason for our child custody case for my husband and I am h e used him on two separate occasions. He is amazing! He took the information and facts about our situation and had our sons best interest at hand at all times. He is worth every penny and we would recommend him to anyone fighting for... their child's well being!

I owe my future to Jason!

Jason Benjamin is an excellent lawyer, and you definitely want him on your side during a bitter child custody dispute. My ex-husband and I could not agree on anything having to do with our daughter, on top of the fact he had withheld her for over a year. I reside on the East Coast, my ex-husband is ...in Spanaway. Mr. Benjamin was able to show the court that I was the parent more capable of sharing her in the future. If there's a flaw, he'll find it and prepare his case around them. I still retain Jason since my ex hired a new lawyer with the intent to appeal. Jason is upfront, honest and has a heart of gold. He fights for the right of his clients!

Highly Recommended Lawyer

This is my second time to work with Jason and my family really liked the way he worked with me on my first case. He would work with you on holidays or after work hours to get things done. I am a Filipino living here in WA without any family and Jason made me feel confident by doing an awesome job t...aking my son back in my custody. He has an excellent knowledge, experiences and strategies on custody battle. I believe in him and that he would do a great job in handling my divorce.
