I hired Diane for my visa processing as she had done excellent job in getting my H1-B application approved much sooner than I expected.
My case had few complexities and I had many doubts and concerns about the circumstances regarding the visa and immigration process. And Diane handled them very professionally. I am impressed with her intelligence, knowledge and the responsiveness to my emails or phone calls. She is very kind, responsible and reliable. She worked hard on my case going extra mile ahead and advised me with deep thoughts and considerations and offered me the best solutions. This helped me feel relaxed during those stressful situations.
Diane and her team assisted me through every stage and helped me prepare so well with all the necessary papers and documentation so that I should not have any trouble getting my visa. And indeed I have a positive outcome and that I am very happy with them.
I appreciate her professionalism as well as her humanity and kindness where she made me very comfortable.
I am very pleased with her work and highly recommend her and her firm anytime. Thank you very much, Diane.

In a difficult situation, with very late application to a European entertainment group for P-1 visa Diane performed superbly
with all procedures to get the HomeLand Security to act and the folks in Finland certainly appreciate the good results.
KYL was prepared to serenade to Diane but had to leave for Oregon
and California next day after their performance at HUB Hall in th University of Washington.
Job well done, thank you very much.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I had the privilege of being co-counsel with Diane on a major H1B matter based in the Pacific Northwest. Since that time, I have been continuously impressed with her knowledge of business immigration law as well as her handling of asylum claims. She is dedicated to her craft, to her peers (as shown by her volunteerism through AILA and speaking engagements at CLE conferences) and to giving back to her community. Diane is a superior immigration attorney.
