  • Michael Paul Iaria

I have known Charlotte for thirty years, since I was a staff attorney and she was an investigator (one of the best) at The Defender Association, in Seattle. She soon went to law school, distinguishing herself and earning a position at one of Seattle’s top law firms. Before long, Charlotte had her own practice and began working with me on criminal cases, handling difficult and complex research and writing tasks with great skill. She eventually gravitated toward education law, helping clients through school discipline allegations and obtaining special accommodations for students who need them. Education law can intersect with my criminal defense practice, and I have worked jointly with Charlotte for many clients with school disciplinary issues. She has superb judgment and is an extraordinary writer. Her legal knowledge is simply outstanding. She also possesses superior tactical judgement and practical insights. If there’s a way to get you to your goal, she’ll find it.
