About me

My practice is limited to estate administration and related estate litigation.  I accept appointments as a professional fiduciary for difficult estates or when the previous fiduciaries have been disqualified during the course of litigation within the estate.  I also serve as an expert witness in fiduciary litigation.

  • Lance L Losey

Bruce and I have worked together on several estate litigation matters. He is commonly appointed by the court as professional fiduciary in difficult-to-manage estate and trust matters. He has an uncommon level of experience and expertise in this area of law, on top of being a first-rate gentleman.
