Accepted all demainds from opposing counsel without even replying. Did not prepare for mediation and was surprised at the list of things showing up in mediation, even though it was the same list he'd been working from for months. Told me not to settle and then told me he hadn't said it. Disappeared for weeks on end without replying to any of my emails or voice mails, then ignored them when he returned. I brought my case to three other attorneys who were all shocked at his unprofessionalism. I hired another attorney who actually responds to emails and voicemails and works to understand the issues rather than just ignoring my comumnication.
