I researched many lawyer in the state of Washington. I need a lawyer with a excellent background in criminal and sex offense matters. I was not charged with any crime. But there is a state law that prohibits having contact with a minor child if you were ever convicted of a sex offense. My charges were over 20 years old and have raised my children in the past 20 years with no issues at all. But the laws changed and I need to get a no contact order against an abusive spouse. This was very difficult for me to do knowing that I could no longer have contact with my child. After going to other lawyers in the area I decided to research lawyers myself. I found there was no lawyers with the skills required to bridge family law and criminal law in the area. After careful consideration I came to Amy's law office. This case was very rare and need a top level lawyer to handle a case like this. Amy was able to get all the information needed to show the Judge that I was no longer a risk to minor children. She presented my case before a judge and convected the judge to rebut the presumption. This has change my life and the future of my children. The care and determination that Amy gave my case was so impressive that I will never forget what Amy has done for me and my children. I have worked with some of the best lawyers in the state of Washington. I would always put Amy Muth at the very top of the list.

I was recently charged with a criminal offense resulting from a false accusation by a family member. This created a situation in which I had to seek representation in Juvenile Court, Superior Court (Family), and Superior Court (Criminal).
I received a recommendation to contact Amy Muth. She immediately scheduled a free consultation, which occurred on a weekend, listened to my needs, and agreed to represent me. I have since been in all three courts and Amy has been my constant defender at each and every hearing. Amy's expert guidance and stellar performance in open court has been impressive. She has been proactive in my defense in each and every court hearing, and made sure my rights were never violated.
Amy is a competent and caring individual who takes a personal interest in her client. Her integrity, professionalism, and ethical approach in dealing with my situation has been remarkable. I have nothing but the highest regard for her as an attorney and as a caring and kind person.
