Utmost Professionalism
Allen was the lawyer for my mother's case, however he was really being a lawyer for our entire family. He communicated excellently with each family member by addressing every concern as well as providing vast insight. He was genuinely humble and kind with the utmost professionalism throughout our long case. I was impressed how much he went above and beyond and even followed-up with us after we thanked him for his counsel. I highly recommend Allen and hope that if I need another lawyer, that he will be available.

Allen Bentley is a superb and intelligent and attorney who thoroughly invests himself in his client's cause
Allen Bentley did a superb job of respresenting me and ulitmately prevailing in a federal criminal case that involved the imposition of an illegal sentence. We were up against bureaucratic US Attorneys who claimed they had a right to impose a $30 million restitution judgement against me simply because of a procedural error despite their knowledge that the sentencing judge intended the amount to be $50,000. Al did extensive research and provided superb arguments as to why the case should be put before the judge for resentencing. He ultimately got the government to stipulate to the resentencing and persuaded the judge to sentence me to the amount that he originally intended to impose ($50,000).
