Derek showed a great deal of compassion to my husband and I. He wanted to get the very best settlement he could and did. Derek got us through a very long battle and continues to help us through the remaining loose ends. We appreciate him very much.

My son had turned 18 two days prior to his accident. He was a pedestrian in a crosswalk hit by a driver, With his injuries obstained, medical bills and my son barely an adult we decided to consult with an attorney. Thank goodness Derek Radtke was there for us....his professional demeanor, attention to detail and promptly getting back with updates made the whole process much easier than ever!

I have had recent great success in the settlement of a complicated lawsuit and was very fortunate to have hired Mr. Radke to represent me. An accident had resulted in both business and personal losses which proved to be confusing to the defendant's counsel.
Mr Radke was able to convey this complexity satisfactorily to the opposing party and we reached a fair and appropriate settlement in mediation.
We had the court date scheduled 90 days away. Now we are done and I do not need to present my case to a judge and jury.
I have realized how emotionally charged this entire incident had become for me. I was able to sleep fairly well the night before mediation. This was not the best night's sleep I have ever enjoyed, but I was able to assure myself that I had hired the right person and calm myself so I received the rest I needed.
Mr. Radke proved this true at mediation.
Thank you so very much, Mr. Radke!
Now I can get on with my life!
