I am always amazed at Igor’s abilities. Not only was he able to keep my tickets off my record, he was able to do so hassle free and in such a professional and timely manner. Communication with him is definitely top tier, he is able to put everything in simple understanding as well as keep you updated... on everything going on. This man knows his stuff.
