Beverly is very intelligent, compassionate and hard working. Bev had been an associate attorney to a senior attorney, Ron Mattson, but I wish I could have had her heading up the team instead. She gave me a lot of practical advice as to how to react in certain situations and always kept me focused. I would recommend and/or hire her again in a heartbeat. She did a fantastic job for me and got me a good result.

Beverly was instrumental in getting me through my divorce with my sanity in tact.
Beverly took over my divorce case in the 11th hour, after my first attorney withdrew from my case less than two months from the date we were due in court for the final review. His reason was due to my non-ability to pay his bill. While I had felt, he had mismanaging my case. First, his office filled out all documents for Pierce County courts. This after I had asked if he could do a case in King County and had asked that questions many times before, during and after I hired him. I lived in King County as well as my spouse; I wanted my Legal Separation filed in King County. I fell he did not keep me well informed. He missed court dates. He did not ask enough questions in the discovery stage nor request a list of all assets, as well as not filing required documents with the court when needed. Over the eight months, it turned into a Divorce case.
Once I had hired Beverly Nored, Beverly was able to sort out the most important aspects of my Divorce in short order (THREE MONTHS); she was able to understand me even in my overly charged emotional state. (I did not want to be divorced). Beverly was able to keep both sides balanced, the other attorney on track and focused. She was able to keep costs to a minimum. As well as being as fair as she could within a very short time, she had the case to work on. Once the case was in her hands, she has an agreement that I could live with in place and the divorce is now final.
I believe the outcome would only been better had Beverly Nored been my attorney from the very beginning. I have already recommended Beverly to others who are in a position of thinking of Legal Separation or Divorce.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Bev and I were opposing counsel in a Family Law matter. She was honest, straightforward and recognized the issues and problems involved. I knew I could trust the information she conveyed to me about the family issues. I appreciated that we were able to negotiate final resolution to all issues without court appearances. Bev was also extremely prompt with her responses to my inquiries or requests.
