HIRE THE WILLS... They're awesome at what they do...

I generally don't like writing lengthy reviews of products and services, but in this case I'm going to make an exception because Court Will was an absolute pleasure to work with, I can't thank him enough for all his help, and I really want to do what I can to convey to readers that if you’re in troub...le with the law and in need of a great attorney, you need not look any further than Court Will. I've been a law-abiding citizen all my life and was shocked beyond belief one night when I was arrested and charged with assault - I'd acted in self-defense and was completely innocent but the situation looked bad and I thought for sure that I'd wind up with a criminal record... That was one of the worst nights of my life... Wanting to avoid the perils of being represented by a public defender, I called a number of area lawyers - including the Wills. The main reason I chose to hire Court was actually my initial consultation with his wife Michelle - when I explained my situation to her, not only did she seem confident that she and her husband could protect my clean record, but she also sounded incredibly passionate about the work that the two of them did together. Honestly, at the risk of sounding gushy, I feel as though that phone call epitomized my entire experience with the Wills. In my dealings with Court, I always got the impression that he cared greatly for the work he did and that he was doing everything he could on my behalf to achieve the best possible outcome on my case. He was always available, always there to respond to my questions, and throughout the awful episode would regularly reassure me that he and his wife were taking care of everything and that I need not worry. Additionally, I also found Court to be highly professional throughout my time working with him. While I was innocent of the crime I'd been accused of, the entire situation arose from a stupid decision on my part and portrayed me as a total creep... Despite this, I never got the sense that Court was looking down upon me, and this was something I really appreciated. In my time working with him, I always got the impression that, despite how the situation portrayed me, he was able to recognize that at heart I was a decent person who had simply made a mistake. Honestly, I feel like even if he were representing someone obviously guilty of a truly serious crime, he would still treat them with the same respect he afforded me. I was also very grateful for the Wills’ willingness to work with my financial situation. I'm not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination and I was certainly more than a little nervous when I began consulting lawyers. I explained my financial situation to the Wills, and they were more than willing to take on my case and help me out so I could afford their services. The last thing I’ll mention is that Court and Michelle were highly available throughout the entire ordeal. They gave me their personal cell numbers and I was always able to count on Court to be highly responsive. At the very most, I would have to wait a day for Court to get back to me, but I would generally hear back from him within a few hours of contacting him. Ultimately, thanks to Court's incredibly hard and thorough work, the judge dropped the case against me and I emerged from the ordeal with my clean record still intact. When the judge announced his decision, I think the entire courtroom must have heard my sigh of relief... In summary, if you're looking to hire an excellent criminal defense attorney, totally go with the Wills. They're great at and passionate towards their work, and highly professional in their dealings with clients.

Thank you so much!!!

During a very tuff time in my life I got into a situation that very likely would have meant time in prison. I was able to speak with Cort and immedietly could tell he really cared about outcome of my case. He reassured me he would do all he could to help. Through the process he answered all my questi...ons and trust me, he's a very patient man! In the end I did receive County jail sentence but without his ability to present my case in the manner he did I would have been serving a few years in prison. I would not hesitate to recommend Cort and his Wife to represent you should you need a hard working team. Thanks, Will&Will for a new beginning!

THE best criminal defense in Seattle thank you Court.

I was in a situation that could've blown up and had the potential to end my career before it even begins. I was being accused of a crime that I did not do. Assualt/rape to be specific. I instantly called and consulted with multiple lawyers. It seemed like the other first couple only wanted to scare m...e and take my money. As soon as I sat down and had a consultation with Court I knew that he was the one I would choose to defend my case. He not only told me how things were going to go but what the strategy was and how he would work the detectives and prosecutors to help me with my case. He didn't guarantee me results but what I respect the most is his honesty about it and how he would gaurantee the best possible outcome. All in all everything got straightened out and the case got dismissed by the detective. I was very relieved when he gave me the call and told me, it felt like a huge weight off my shoulders. The one thing I would say about Court is that he gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. For that I am very glad I chose him and I am very thankful that he actually kept me updated with the whole thing. So Court I know I already said if but thank you very much for your services I really appreciate it. Hopefully I won't need a criminal defense again but if I do, I know I can count on the right team to help me. I would highly recommend Court to anyone who may need a criminal defense attorney.

Amazing Lawyer

I did something really stupid in my life I made one mistake that changed my life forever. I listened to someone who I thought was my friend and he convinced me to rob someone at Gun Point. I committed the act and took the fall as he got away with nothing thats the long story short..once I was bailed ...out I was afraid and shocked at what I was facing..I was charged with Robbery 1 and was facing 2 years and 7 Months-3 Years and 5 Months and thats with a first time sentence..a first time offense..first time everything. I found Court Will and I felt for once in a long time comfortable and free of worry as he reassured me that he would get this resolved. After 8 months of Court Dates and stress and worry he finally resolved the case. My charge was reduced to a Theft 1 which would be 0-90 Days. Once we went to sentencing I got 60 Days House Arrest and I couldn't be any happier. I honestly can't thank this man enough for everything he has done and for all of his hard work. Thank You so much Court for getting me out of a horrible situation.

Highly Recommend and My Sincerest Thanks

I definitely highly recommend Will & Will. I am a professional businessman who has never had any run ins with the law (my "record" consists of a few parking tickets). So when I was arrested for a domestic violence, it was a huge shock. My fiance and I had regrettably gotten into a huge argument and... neighbors called the police. Next thing you know I'm in jail and in need of a really good criminal defense attorney. I found Court and Michelle on Avvo and they got right to work on my case. They told me the exact steps to take to put myself in the best possible position to avoid a conviction. I didn't want to go through a trial, but I couldn't have a conviction on my record either. Luckily, they were able to get exactly what I wanted. An "SOC" where, as I understand it, most people have to be on for 18-24 months and have to complete a 52-week domestic violence class. But after what we presented to the prosecutors, I only had to do six, 1-hour counseling sessions (with a counselor of my choosing) and after 12 months, the case will be dismissed entirely, without ever having a conviction at all. By the way, they even helped me with some relationship advice and things are great there now too! My sincerest gratitude to both Michelle and Court.
