I had a really rocky issue involving the new justices in Anacortes, WA with a marijuana compliance issue that the now previous retired judge had excluded from my probation upon sentencing. He had handled my original case (DUI defense - in which i got a favorable outcome given the difficult circumstan...ce) and although this time really looked like it was going to be a rough ride he was able to clear a smooth path through for me to sail calmly through. He was able to get the court to agree to the original plea bargain and recognize the retired judges order (What looked like a near impossible feat he did with ease and gusto!).
