In my line of work, I deal with attorneys and bankruptcies a lot. So when it came time in our personal financial situation that it was clear that bankruptcy was our only option, I tried to think of familiar names – but the familiar names weren’t close by. As luck would have it, Teri was, and seeking convenience, we chose her. Within the first 2 minutes of our first meeting I knew I had hit the jackpot, and that feeling is still with me now, a week after our final discharge.
Teri is a kind, respectful, caring attorney with a disarming, positive and truly personal-touch attitude. Her approach to handling our case was very detailed and very attentive, always reminding us of important dates and giving specifics about the paperwork that she needed. She understood how unemployment had affected our lives without passing judgment and was always kind and cheerful – even to our young children who came to one of the meetings (and played with the toys she so thoughtfully has in her office).
Always smiling and always friendly, she prepared us and briefed us during our meetings in her office and was calming and focused in giving us a punch-by-punch account of what was going to happen in our hearing before the Trustee. We could not be happier that convenience led us to Teri Johnson for our case and we wholeheartedly HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that is facing the daunting proposition of a bankruptcy case.

Teri is an amazing attorney and individual. She is compassionate, friendly, professional, organized and detail oriented. Her constant contact and availability to return our calls after hours was impressive. Our case was not easy and she worked meticulously through every detail and we received our discharge on time without any questions even with additional requests on our case from the US Trustee. We watched at our 341a hearing as folks were questioned and their attorneys were ill prepared while Teri sailed through her cases including ours. We cannot say enough good about her preparation, obvious respect with the Trustees office and highly recommend her if you want a true seasoned professional.

I highly recommend Teri Johnson. Not only is she highly intelligent, competent, and knowledgable, she is also compassionate and efficient. Whenever I have a client with a bankruptcy or debtor/creditor, she is the first attorney name I give out. And whenever I have a have a bankruptcy or debtor/creditor question in my own practice, she is the first person I call. I heartily endorse Teri.
