I cannot overstate how amazing and experienced Roo is! He got my speeding citation dismissed. To begin with, he really treats you like you're the only customer in this world. He spent a lot of time explaining everything, never got bored of questions and you can immediately tells he cares and empathiz...es (This is my first time ever being pulled over). He explained exactly what to expect (did not overpromise, though he did overdeliver). Absolutely worry-free process and he handled EVERYTHING (all I had to do was to scan the ticket, and later tell him the court date when I got a notice in the mail).
