Roo is really knowledgeable in his field of practice. He communicated well throughout the process and if I had any questions he got right back to me. What I was most impressed with Roo is that he was able to plea bargain with the prosecutor to drop my speeding ticket (15mph in a Tractor trailer) to a... non moving violation. I would definitely recommend Rooein to anyone!
