Mr. Roshandel knows his stuff inside and out, took plenty of time explaining it to me, and before I even hired him we had agreed on a strategy. Not only did he get the best possible outcome for me but I got a second ticket shortly after and he turned around and did it again! Twice in a row?! Now o...f course no one can guarantee an outcome for any situation but you have as good a chance with Roo as with anyone and his rates are reasonable.
