Unfortunately I got myself into a situation where I was charged with assault. I had no idea what to do but new I couldn't travel the road by myself. I interviewed a few attorney's and chose Lance because of his experience with the Lynnwood court system. I followed his instructions and went to court o...nce. Case dismissed!! Due to my lack of judgement and inexperience with the laws I committed a misdemeanor. Thanks to Lance Fryrear and his awesome team my case was dismissed. I don't normally mess around with the laws and was scared out of my wit when the cops showed up to my car. Lance thoroughly explained the situat...ion and what to expect. He calmed my fear and was very understanding. I really appreciate all their hard work in making my court experience short and simple. It was definitely a lesson learned and now I know who to turn to if I ever have problems with the lawS again (hopefully never).

He got first one dismissed and then second one he got it reduced to a way lower deferred sentence of 12 months that will result in dismissal next February. the second case was very tough, the bothel municipal court kept the case g...oing for almost 9 months until he made a great deal with the prosecutor. Lance is respected, one of the judges previously worked at his firm. lol go figure.

Lance saved me a ton of money. Spent the time walking me through the issue I was facing, told me how to approach it, when and how to frame up a potential solution with the prosecutor, and when and if to come back to him if it didn't go the right way. I so grateful that my roommate knew Lance! I’m a professional CDL Class A driver. I drive the mail from Seattle to post offices in Everett and north to Canada at night for the next day’s mail. The state requires yearly medical DOT checkups but when you give them the information it doesn’t get entered... into their database for over a week. I was randomly stopped at a weigh station in Whatcom County and given a ticket because while I had proof of passing the exam on me, the information had not been put in the system yet. The WA State Highway patrol officer told me don’t worry it’s just a small fine but when I got to court they said it was a criminal offence and I needed a lawyer. I couldn’t get a public defender because I’m a professional driver in danger of losing my livelihood. Lance to the rescue. He saw that the report the highway patrol had filed had the date of my DOT physical right on it. Lance explained all this to the prosecution and got all the charges dropped. No thank you WA State Hwy Patrol, THANK YOU LANCE!!
