Hardworking & Reliable attorney!!

It was a pleasure to have Brandon as our lawyer. He's helped us through our case by working hard and doing so out of his compassion. We are very pleased with how knowledgable and respectful he was towards our situation. Brandon has been our lawyer for almost 3 years and he was able to help us get thr...ough our very tough case; there wasn't a second where we as a family felt as though we couldn't count on Brandon. Throughout those years, he helped us prepare and fill out paperwork that was necessary to our case, and he was very persistent with letting us know if anything happens. Our case was one that was definitely not easy, it was extremely hard for us as a family, and I'm sure it was just as hard for Brandon. But he never gave up and continued to work with diligence to successfully get us our permanent residence here in the US. I highly recommend Brandon as your Immigration lawyer!

immigration issues

I am giving 5 stars for the great expertise I have encountered with Mr.Brandon of Genesis Law Firm. For close to three years I have interacted and known Mr. Brandon Gillin, I always felt like I was talking to an extremely predictable and reliable friend who was helping me get through a stressful immi...gration situation, instead of just a professional who I was paying to solve my problem. Speaking of payment, Mr. Gillin’s prices are more than fair and had allowed me to pay in Instalments. He is very knowledgeable, and he knows how to deal with very difficult cases. Mr. Gillin’s help has been unimaginable and invaluable. My case was very complicated but he took the case and i am not surprised that he won the case for me. It took him a few days to develop my petition and prepare all the necessary documentation. He mailed the petition just in time. He walked me through the process, making sure, I had all required documentation and kept me appraised of all upcoming appointments. With Mr. Gillin, I can assure you that you are getting Super quality service for the price of your normal attorney, and I do not brag. I am glad I had Mr.Brandon Gillin and Genesis Law Firm,PLLC as my immigration attorney and highly recommend him to anyone who want to find relief and honest knowledgeable immigration services. Thank you!

Twilight Zone

I read all the good reviews and am completely perplexed as to why I did not recieve the same excellent service. I could write a small novel regarding the things that were overlooked. But to be short , he did not care. For whatever reason he did not care enough not to keep from committing some mist...akes that are very fundamental to the process. Maybe he didn’t feel our case was worthyof the attention required to do it right . I have no idea. As a result, it was placed in what is known as “administrative processing “. If you don’t know what that is , it basically means the government is going to inspect your application with a fine tooth comb And very possibly issue a denial in the end. ... after making you wait for months on end. I’ve talked to some poor people in Administrative Processing that have waited well over a year. Our case was simple and straight forward. It was botched. Plain and simple I feel bad about this experience and even bad about myself that I was so naive not to see it sooner. It very well have cost us everything. Thanks for that

Dear Sir, I appreciate the comments made here. I always strive to make my clients happy and satisfied. I sincerely apologize that you ended up feeling unhappy and dissatisfied. Your K-1 visa petition went smoothly up until the interview, when consular officer placed your fiancee's case into administrative processing. Unfortunately there wasn't anything we could do to prevent the consular officer's decision regarding the Communist Party affiliation. Administrative processing is rare, but it has happened before. We cannot control the government in its decisions. Well before the interview when we became aware of the Communist Party affiliation I did explain to you that administrative processing could occur. I am sorry that it happened and I completely understand your frustration at the outcome. I also acknowledge that I had a system failure regarding your fiancee not coming prepared to her interview with your financial packet. This was an honest mistake, but fortunately this isn't something a consular officer would issue a substantive denial because of -- at worst it will create a short delay (a couple weeks probably -- nothing near the delay caused by administrative processing). In our situation we were able to catch the omission and mail the packet to the Embassy while the case remains in administrative processing. Although it was an oversight and a system failure of mine to remind her immediately before the interview to bring the financial packet, I did provide both you and your fiancee the Embassy instructions (in English and her native language) to prepare for the interview about a month before it occurred. The instructions included a detailed checklist of the items needed, including your tax return and W-2 (the I-134 is optional but is always a good idea to have). After preparing these items and placing them in my file ready to ship out, I believe the reason I forgot to remind her again to bring all items on the checklist to the interview was because of the Communist Party issue that had arisen -- my focus was on that. I again sincerely apologize that you came away feeling unhappy and dissatisfied. I believe your case will eventually succeed after the administrative processing is finalized. All the best to both of you! Kind regards, Brandon
