If you need a lawyer in Washington State, Ed Sager is your best attorney to hire. He saved me and my family from big financial trouble and foreclosure and we would definitely hire him again in the future.

We had no idea how to proceed with doing a quit claim deed. We had been told by others that said these were simple things to do and could handle it ourselves by buying forms and filling them out and sending them in. Why give money to a lawyer that could be "better spent" else where! We did not want to take any chances as we were dealing with a family estate staying within the family.
We were given the name of a lawyer by a friend. Mr. Sager made us very comfortable with a welcoming handshake that made us feel he was confident in himself and knew he could do a good job for us. We feel he did a thorough job and kept us well informed of why he was doing each step and of all the procedures that needed to be done and the time frame for them.
We have already recommended Mr. Sager to others and will continue to do so in the future. And no, we do not feel the money could have been "better spent" else where!

I endorse this lawyer's work. He is a colleague of mine in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and always can be counted upon for excellent and thoughtful input. It is obvious that he is an extremely ethical and diligent professional who cares tremendously about his clients. He is my choice for referrals in the greater Seattle area.
