About me

In nearly eighteen years of practicing family law, in both California and Washington, it has become clear that there should not be winners or losers in divorce cases.  Rather, the goal is that both parties reach a mutually satisfactory result, with minimum cost and emotional trauma, particularly to any children involved.  I have devoted my practice to helping families reach amicable, out-of-court settlements, in the most cost-effective manner possible.

  • Karin Quirk

I endorse this lawyer. Virginia is completely professional and a very competent attorney. I have worked with her on a number of cases and have often sent opposing parties to her. I look forward to working with her on other cases. Divorce clients should appreciate her non adversarial approach knowing she will represent their best interests.
