While insurance company wanted to close my case with very small amount of settlement $, Sam worked very hard for my case even though it looked simple and not serious car accident from outside, he tried to understand how much suffer i'd been through mentally as well as physical pain.
I believed I deservedon't more than what insurance company offered, and I was saved by Sam, it ended up with good amount of $ that I could finally accept.
Trust him and you will be satisfied with his hard work for sure. Thank you again Sam!

I haven't had many experiences with attorneys, but I know my husband and I lucked out when we found Sam. He was always kind and sympathetic with us, making sure we were getting the medical care we needed, while negotiating strongly with the insurance companies on our behalf. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and that he is one of those rare people who deeply values doing the right thing. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

Shortly after my accident I was contacted by a couple of different insurance companies. I was not sure how to proceed and at first I thought I could handle it, but I realized very quickly I was over my head. I knew a lawyer down in Olympia who recommended Sam Elder as a Personal Injury Lawyer in my area. The first meeting with Sam was a learning experience as to why you would never want to try this on your own. Sam listened to what happened and he took over all communications with the insurance companies. At first I did not know what to expect but Sam was on top of it. My surgery and physical therapy was covered and Sam coordinated payments with the all four of the companies in short order.
I hope I never go through this again but if I do I know I have a fighter in my corner. Sam proved to be the best part of this entire incident. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Lawyer.

I had an attorney @ a Different law firm on the eastside handling Two motor vehicle Accidents Come to find out after 2yrs he wasn’t the one who was going to represent me in court should we end up there but he had another attorney that work for him that was going to, I did not click with her & Since the gentleman I hired was more concerned with his Winery in Chelan I started to look elsewhere that’s when Sam was a refered from a health care provider of mine .Come to find out the Law firm basically sat on my case running up the tab. So I cost me Several thousand to switch. With that said best Thing I did!!!!!!!!! Sam took Both Cases & we were off and running Filing motions & Combing over paper work. He went with me to a deposition that took me about 5hrs.(Made sure I was well pre-paired)
Next came a mediation then we settled the first case. Next Came a IME DR appt where Sam also came with me so no big deal. Followed up by an arbitration which we had a favorable ruling & I then was able to settle the second case. Sam handles your case start to finish with the exception of a paralegal Which is Fantastic as well.(To me that’s most important)You don’t get the run around he always picks up the phone & can answer your question & tell you exactly where things are @ with out having to ask three other people & call you in a few days. I’ve refered 3 friends & My fiancée. If you have to go through the legal system best to hire the right guy the first time. Just for the record I’ve had four car accidents in my lifetime & own my own business 27yrs in Sales so I’ve been around the block. Sam is Solid! Thanks again. Jason

I worked with Sam after I had been in a pretty bad accident at no fault of my own. Because I had never worked with a lawyer prior to Sam, I was a bit uneducated in how to proceed with my injuries and a claim. Sam was wonderful through it all. He was happy to help answer any questions I had and guide me through the process of resolving the claim. Sam also went above and beyond my expectations so help resolve my case fairly. Even when things got tough dealing with the insurance agency, Sam kept pushing and pulled out all the stops. If I am ever in an accident again, I'll definitely be calling Sam.

I think everyone hopes they never have to hire a lawyer for anything, but when they are needed, it's such a great experience to find a great one. I got into a head-on collision (not my fault) in 2011, 3 months before I was to move to India for a few years. I ended up having a concussion for 3 weeks and thanks to my chiropractor, she recommended Sam. I was still not in right mind when I hired him so I really went off of trust in my amazing Chiro and I'm SO THANKFUL I hired him. He's such an incredible advocate for his clients. He took ALL the pressure off of me from the persistent hounding by the insurance company to settle (they were SUPER aggressive those first few days when I was still saying the same over and over again due to the concussion). While not his expertise, he even helped me when Progressive was trying to royally screw me on the actual car damage piece. He and his aides were always available to me while I was abroad and helped me figure out just what I needed to get and keep on hand/scan when it came to the medical attention I got while living in India. We had tons of email and Skype conversations over the course of the time I was there because I had so many physical issues arise due to the injuries from my accident.
They worked w/ me on a plan since about a year after the accident and even up to the 3 year mark, nearing the final date to settle, I STILL had physical stuff ailing me due to the accident. Sam got an incredibly fair settlement for me and I'm thankful I got some amazing and really inexpensive care in India because it meant not only all my medical was paid for, which probably would not have happened if I got care in the US, but I felt the settlement was just in compensating me for quality of life lost due to the sometimes excruciating pain I was in.
I've recommended him to friends, as soon as anyone tells me they've been in an accident and I'm not sure if any have gone to him but they should. One of my dear friends, who's an attorney in NorCal told me while we were in India together, "I say this as a lawyer but what sucks most about the auto collision situation is you HAVE to have a lawyer to get what you not only deserve but what should come to you ANYWAY by the insurance companies. They are just so awful they'll fight you on what they truly owe you and the only way you can get that, is to hire a lawyer who will need to take whatever percentage they do. It's awful." So... for a situation that is super awful, for countless reasons, I'm SO GLAD I chose Sam to help me get what was deserved from shiesty Progressive.
Thank you Sam and Alisha! Freaking a team w/ real heart! =)

In an ideal world no one would need a personal injury attorney. Unfortunately too many people do not receive the care they need because the insurance companies refuse to pay for needed medical services, and dealing with adjusters is a nightmare. As soon as I hired Sam and his "A team" of paralegals I no longer had to deal with what had become a huge stress. He resolved my case in the most favorable way possible, keeping me apprised and made sure I was completely prepared every step of the way. He has an incredibly sharp mind, attention to detail and strong memory. His goals is achieving the best outcome for the client's health and well-being. He is well-connected and networked, which helps in settling cases. His terms are incredibly fair and I would encourage anyone who is "on the fence" about needing an attorney's services to call his office, review the information and then make a determination for yourself. His terms were a "no lose" scenario for me, and he helped offload a huge stressor. I am incredibly grateful and would recommend him to anyone in need of services.

I had such a positive experience with Sam Elder as my lawyer. I was in a car accident a few years ago and the whole experience was overwhelming. I had just bought my first car and within a month I was in a bad accident and it was close to being totaled. I was worried that hiring a lawyer would cause more stress and they would get really irritated with me because I am so busy and suck at responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Sam Elder & his team were amazing. He was great at not only communicating with me effectively but making sure I understood what was going on and giving me choices as well as what he thought the outcomes would be. I feel like he reads people very well - the way in which I could communicate best and he then would contact me that way. I highly recommend hiring him - I am beyond satisfied with my settlement and the overall experience. It made my life so much easier!

My family has worked with Sam and his team for years. They have been quick with their response when I have any inquiry that needs attention and have always guided me through any accident I have been involved with. Sam is easy to work with and gets results even when big insurance companies try to throw their weight around and try to take advantage of "the little guy." We will continue to work with Sam for any future legal matters that come up in the future.

What can I say about Sam Elder .... just about everything done by Sam and his staff was over the top!
My PI case was almost 3 years in completing, but when Sam took over it accelerated 10 fold.
He knew what worked and didn't. Communicated with me in layman's language and allowed me to understand through to completion.
My settlement was very fair due to his negotiations.
Very, very happy with results and him.
