I was referred to Virginia by a co-worker. I needed to have my parenting plan and other associated documents revised due to my ex-husband moving out of state. I found Virginia to be very easy to work with, very honest about the best way to handle various situations, while totally understanding my needs and desires. She is easy to talk to, attentive to detail and very inclusive in all matters. I have referred others to Virginia, and will continue to do so. While the situation took longer to resolve than I'd have liked (due to dealing with the other parties involved), Virginia always gave my case it's due attention and worked hard to get me the outcome that I wanted, and that was best for my situation and for my family.

Divorce was something I never thought I'd encounter, so when it happened, I didn't know where to start. Virginia came highly recommended and never let me down. She helped me stay focused and guided me through a process I knew nothing about in very plain & simple terms. Her knowledge/expertise was calming during a very dark time for me. I would walk out of her office feeling like the world wasn't going to end and my children would be just fine. Exactly the strength I needed at that moment. I'm very thankful for Virginia & her staff for their support and guidance. I would and have recommended Virginia to anyone in need of a professional, compassionate attorney.

Virginia has assisted me with a contentious divorce situation. She was extremely helpful by providing me steady, unemotional guidance throughout. My previous counsel had left me feeling that, as the male in the divorce, I was without any hope of having my rights acknowledged.
As soon as I met Virginia, I knew things were going to go differently. Virginia was on my side and acted as an advocate and presented me with options I did not know I had. Her experience in Seattle, Kent, and Tacoma courts meant that she had a knowledge of opposing counsel. That knowledge was comforting, from my perspective, as she was able to give me some insights as to what to expect from my ex's legal representative.
I would gladly recommend Virgina to anyone needing assistance with family law, divorce, separation, or child custody issues. In fact, I have recommended her to a colleague and the review from them has been excellent, as well!
