Kelsey Morfitt and other Lutz associates are amazing

I had hired on Lutz law group for my divorce case in 2021. Kelsey from day one had been an amazing attorney, providing sound experience, having amazing experience and expertise, providing compassion, and always offering legal advisement without trying to sway me one way or another. My case I thought ...would drag on for a year as there was domestic violence, and she was able to work with opposing counsel despite rude tactics to clear the case prior to going to trial, or prior to mediation. She was able to smoothly handle the back and forth with communication and not only highlighted legal needs for her clients, she had excellent decorum, great integrity, and was very much a human through my entire experience. Lawyers are not required to be kind and friendly in their roles but she provided comfort, integrity, and highlighted my values through the entire process. She also was able to regularly take in to account my financial situation and was handling my case with being mindful of what was both expeditious and as frugal as possible. I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone in the local area who is taking on a family law case.

Lutz law office is amazing

The title says it all. David and Jill worked really hard on my behalf in a parenting plan modification. It was a difficult case, and they both took a lot of time and patience with me to achieve the best outcome. Everyone that I had any kind of interaction with was great! I highly recommend them to a...nyone that needs a good attentive attorney for family matters cases.

contempt

Many think all attorneys are bad right? I'm going to leave a great review even though my case is not over and will say Lutz law has impressed me by efficiency and aggressive nature. I specifically name Kristen as a paralegal as ridiculously thorough. Dave Lutz, in our consultation provided a very goo...d legal strategy for my situation. My case being contempt is very complex and most likely not typical. This firm has very good communication and it seems and maybe proven that communication is done through a paralegal which reduces costs. As we all know that's why we hesitate to go through the court bull$%$%. My intent here is to provide a review for others in my situation. You won't be ripped off. They're not going to say 5000 for contempt and they track billing and keep you informed instead of you having to ask. My case is pretty extreme compared to others but I married a winner but they have been right there with me not pressuring me to spend more money but how to save it and achieve what I needed. Which was getting a parenting plan followed and the return of my 3 kids. This is a genuine review. My case may not be over but in 1 week the contempt was filed and got my ex to the table admitting or "conceeding" she violated the parenting plan. And that was before the contempt hearing. What will happen is decided by the courts but I strongly recommend Lutz law if for nothing else to get a resolution process started to cut costs and full blown trial if you cannot settle out of court. Sometimes sadly you cannot resolve differences before filing a motion. Sometimes you have to. In my case like what Dave Lutz said I had to. And it was true confirmed by other attorneys. Results before costs seems to be accurate with Lutz law. The judge will decide mine but they got the resolution process so I may not have to pay for trial. You will have to accept their honesty, which I appreciate

You're in the right place!!!

Mr. Lutz is a competent and trustworthy lawyer. My first impression of his firm was in an initial conversation with him. He exuded the principles I believe every attorney should possess. Those being understanding, patience, critical thinking and problem solving. He proved that he was very knowled...geable about this niche in law. Without hesitation he offered honest and straight forward opinions on the matter at hand. He doesn't promise results to give a false sense of comfort but promises his best efforts and resolve. His follow through on his promise is both thorough and timely. His professionalism is evident in every step of the process. Throughout it all Mr. Lutz works to ensure that you receive the best resources on your case. However, he is also diligent to ensure that you are not paying for unnecessary service. As a professional I was fully satisfied with his teams effort and demeanor. As a young dad I was humbled and left grateful for their ability to walk me through this process, which was new for me. I would fully recommend him. You will be appreciative for the way they turn a tough experience into a somewhat seamless process. I am extremely thankful for their service and you will be too.

Professionalism at its finest!

I hired David Lutz in January 2013 to handle the paperwork and court proceedings for my divorce. At the time, my divorce situation was amicable, as my ex-husband and I had already come to agreements on everything from the parenting plan, division of debts, and division of property, etc. We wrote ...everything up ourselves and I handed it over to Mr. Lutz and his staff to handle the rest. They did a great job getting my paperwork ready for signature and it was a relatively quick turn-around. Costs were low and I was happy with their service. However, when it came time for my ex and me to sign the paperwork, he decided he wanted to have another attorney look over the paperwork to make sure he was protected. Fine, not a problem. That's when things took a turn. He delayed the signing for several months and made up excuses why he needed more time to have them reviewed. Suddenly, in March 2014 he hired an attorney himself and decided he wanted to fight me for everything. What I thought was going to be an amicable divorce with a quick resolution turned very ugly and I became a panic stricken mess. Mr. Lutz and his assistant Minta were there for me every step of the way. Although I felt like there would be no end to the fight, I was assured by Mr. Lutz that he would aggressively represent me in court. And that he did. He was knowledgeable, professional, and was on top of his game. Unfortunately the judge did not rule in my favor at that hearing. There were a number of reasons why Mr. Lutz and I believed the ruling to be wrong so he suggested requesting a reconsideration hearing; which I did. Mr. Lutz quickly got back on the case and requested a reconsideration and backed up our reasons for it to be reconsidered with every WAC and RCW we could use to prove my stand. The judge agreed and decided she would hear the case in another court hearing. This is when things shifted again. Two days before the hearing, I received a settlement offer from my ex, through his attorney. Mr. Lutz helped me to reach an agreement with a CR2a so that our agreement would be bound by contract before cancelling my hearing and our settlement conference. While my case is still in the process of drafting final docs, thanks to Mr. Lutz and Minta, I am able to finally say the worst is over and I survived the most extreme emotional roller-coaster ride ever. My ex can't change his mind on the agreement and my mind is finally at ease. Mr. Lutz and his staff have been a fantastic group to work with. They kept me informed, answered probably on the upscale of a million questions, sometimes over and over again, and have been there day, night, and weekend for me. Yes, I said night and weekend. This is how dedicated this group is and I wouldn't be where I am today without them.
