I wanted to update my review for Mr. Lutz as I didn't include his Paralegal. Jill Conner as an aboslute superior performer. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and experience was unsurpassed. She really poised David Lutz for success. Here's my original review with updates. Mr. Lutz was amazing a...nd he packs premium performance in a budget price.I had a fraudulent DVPO filed against me. My wife’s claims were untrue. She was attempting to use this as the common “silver bullet” technique used to get the upper hand in a divorce. Mr. Lutz helped explain what I needed to do in order to prove my innocence. I provided my evidence to him and his amazing paralegal. He helped me feel confident by explaining the process and what was to come. He went to court with me and calmly incapacitated the opposing counsel. He calmly told the commissioner my wife’s claims didn’t at all meet the definition of domestic violence. I probably didn't even need an attorney. My ex wife's attorney Bryan Murry was a bumbling, ever failing attorney. He was often scrambling for reference documents, and seemingly perpetually unorganized. To me, his performance indicated he obtained his education at a low-tier community college. I really hope he can get a new job and get trained by the best so he can succeed, as he was unscrupulous and unethically proceeded to talk bad about me after the commissioner had dismissed his case and publicity asked why he had brought this to the court. I fear until he gets help from a mentor, he will let down, and disappoint any client he takes on. He will willingly take money even though the case is not winnable, so I guess that's a good think. Using Mr. Lutz and Ms. Morfitt against him was like using a tactical nuclear weapon against Popsicle stand. The judge dismissed the case after agreeing with my explanations in my documents and concurring with Mr. Lutz. He’s still helping my divorce case and I’m hoping for another victory while keeping cost to a minimum. Mr. Lutz has been great to work with so far. He knows how what he’s doing and does his best to keep costs as low as possible. Mr Lutz, Ms. Morfitt, and Jill Conner were fantastic and I highly recommend paying them to help you succeed and the truth come out.

Many think all attorneys are bad right? I'm going to leave a great review even though my case is not over and will say Lutz law has impressed me by efficiency and aggressive nature. I specifically name Kristen as a paralegal as ridiculously thorough. Dave Lutz, in our consultation provided a very goo...d legal strategy for my situation. My case being contempt is very complex and most likely not typical. This firm has very good communication and it seems and maybe proven that communication is done through a paralegal which reduces costs. As we all know that's why we hesitate to go through the court bull$%$%. My intent here is to provide a review for others in my situation. You won't be ripped off. They're not going to say 5000 for contempt and they track billing and keep you informed instead of you having to ask. My case is pretty extreme compared to others but I married a winner but they have been right there with me not pressuring me to spend more money but how to save it and achieve what I needed. Which was getting a parenting plan followed and the return of my 3 kids. This is a genuine review. My case may not be over but in 1 week the contempt was filed and got my ex to the table admitting or "conceeding" she violated the parenting plan. And that was before the contempt hearing. What will happen is decided by the courts but I strongly recommend Lutz law if for nothing else to get a resolution process started to cut costs and full blown trial if you cannot settle out of court. Sometimes sadly you cannot resolve differences before filing a motion. Sometimes you have to. In my case like what Dave Lutz said I had to. And it was true confirmed by other attorneys. Results before costs seems to be accurate with Lutz law. The judge will decide mine but they got the resolution process so I may not have to pay for trial.
