I was in a bad car accident. I was charged with a DUI and had a BAC of .17 . A family member of mine referred me to Jon Fox and without him I have no idea how things in my case would have gone. Jon was able to reduce my sentence to a negligent driving misdemeanor with no jail time as well as no licen...se suspension. Attorney Jon Fox is one of the most kind, intelligent and respectable men I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can’t speak his praises enough and am beyond grateful that I had him in my corner when I received my first ever charge of a DUI. I was pulled over for expired tabs and blew a 0.095. It’s... was a traumatizing event for me and felt life changing in so many overwhelmingly bad ways. In less than a year from the day I was pulled over my case is almost completely resolved and I’m out the other side of things with end in sight. It felt an insurmountable feat as I sat in the back of a cop car for the first time and now thanks to Jon my life is back on track with minimal damage done and many lessons learned. They broke the mold when they made this lawyer and I tell ya what it doesn’t get any better than Jon Scott Fox. I recommend him with highest respects as a person and an attorney and promise you would too after having him on your side.

If you're reading this then you've mostly made the mistake of driving under the influence. Don't make another one by not hiring Jon. He knows the field and the local courts inside out. Interestingly, you won't get to interact a lot with him- the first consultation and then the first court appearance.... That's because he'll take care of everything. But that one visit to the court shows how well he knows the system and the judges. And the best part-he's been answering my questions via email for the past 8 years after my DUI case ended (job, driving through borders, immigration paperwork, etc) for no charge. His responds within minutes. And no, it's not his assistant. It's him answering with super fine details. I've recommended him to couple of friends and they couldn't thank me enough. Don't think twice- hire Jon and have peace of mind.
