Jon is a nice guy & an expert on DUI cases. His firm well versed on all the protocols and rules around arrests & BAC tests. They look for procedural loopholes, since in terms of your conviction, in WA state it makes no difference how productive a member of society you are or your lack of prior arre...sts. The downside of using this firm is that they don't do the best job of keeping you in the loop. I did not receive emails that they claimed were sent & didn't get responses to emails & sent confirming they were received. So, if you hire them, be prepared to "bird dog" a bit. Also, be prepared to spend quite a bit to be represented.
