My case was extremely complicated with many factors against me but Jon was able to get my DUI reduced to reckless driving. This is the 2nd time I have hired Mr Fox, hopefully I never need to hire an attorney again. The first time I hired Mr. Fox I agreed to a plea deal he arranged. He and I felt I had a winnable case. I accepted the plea deal because of a unique situation, I have a daughter that lives in Canada and my ...goal was to insure I could still cross the border, the plea deal did that, so rather than risk losing at trial and not be allowed into Canada I accepted the plea deal. The second time I hired Mr Fox, the same plea deal realistically would not be on the table, however I feel Mr. Fox did his best to try to obtain that again. To no avail. So to trial we went. I felt Mr. Fox had a good sound strategy for trial. I hesitate to include specifics of my case. Suffice it to say that my trust in Mr. Fox was well placed. I always felt I had one of, if not the best DUI attorney in the state of Washington in my corner. Mr. Fox was great through out the process, clear about what he was doing, and why. He was alwaus candid, very honest with me. My recent trial, I was charged with DUI, provided a field sobriety test, walk the line, one leg stand, and follow the pen with your eyes. I felt Mr Fox was masterful in his cross examination! Actual turned my failures into positives! I refused to take the breath test and did lose the administrative hearing. This was expected, and a very large uphill battle to win. That is on me for refusing, I don't think any attorney would have won my administrative hearing. However at the criminal trial, Mr. Fox did win the day for me! I was worried when the prosecution said that my breath test refusal was an admission of guilt. Mr. Fox was able to make a great argument and obviously my jury agreed with Mr. Fox over the prosecution and returned a verdict of Not guilty. At completion of my trial I told Mr. Fox I didn't have the words to thank him enough. I wish I did. Anyone considering hiring an attorney to represent them in a DUI case, can do no better than Mr. Fox. He has my utmost respect, and highest recommendation. I hope I never need to hire an attorney again, but if I do, Mr. Fox is my first call. You get what you pay for, someone who is extremely knowledgeable and willing to fight for you. I value my freedom as much as anything. I believe without Mr. Fox, I would have lost some of that freedom. Thank you again Mr. Fox! I am forever grateful.

This might be the first review of Jon you read on Avvo, or you might not read it at all. But either way the story is the same as every other review and endorsement Jon has. You won't find a better lawyer to lead and defend you through the process. His fighting is what pushed the prosecutor to offer a... reduced charge, and I had a very, very tough case to fight against. When he says he's making your court case his problem, and asks you to focus on your family, friends, work, hobbies, and life, he really means it. But if I had more questions he'd always answer them to the level that had me walking away knowing he's got a handle on it and I can remove it from my daily thoughts. And any lingering doubts about whether Jon was worth it or the right guy were put to bed as soon as I really saw him in his natural environment - the courtroom. There might not have been a more knowledgeable, prepared, or confident person in that room, including the judge and prosecutor. If you told me he was born and raised in a courtroom during DUI trials, I'd say that makes perfect sense. If you have a tough case and are looking for the best of the best, you can't do better than Jon.
