Given the details of my case we decided it was best not to go to trial and took a plea deal. I remember one other lawyer telling me that if Diego is representing you you will not go to jail. Now we are working on terminating my probation early and I am thankful for his help in that regard. Hopefully I won't ever have to retain a criminal defense attorney again in my life. I do, however, recommend him if you're looking for someone honest, upfront and diligent.
