I have worked with mike for several years, id say he was able to dismiss or even reduce traffic fines about 40% of the time. Three yrs ago mike charged me $400 to "take care" of a $120 speeding ticket that my wife recieved in Cle Elum, which is about an hour or so from his office,, the high price is... understandable. After the hearing he informed me that the ticket was dismissed, which was a lie, because now three yrs later, my wife finds out that her license is suspended for an unpaid ticket, and she was put on collections and the $120 grew to well over $300, the same ticket that he supposedly got dismissed.. I paid $400 for his "service", now will need to pay $300 for collections and whatever it costs to reissue her license. Then i had serious traffic infraction that i paid mike a very hefty sum to take care of, and was informed that the ticket will be resolved. Mike didnt go to court, didnt tell me i was supposed to be there, didnt do anything, then 5 or 6 months down the road a police officer checked my ID and informed me that i have a bench warrant for my arrest for failing to appear to a court date same court date that i had paid mike to go to. i ended up sitting in jail for a day , missing work, and missing time with my family because of his lack of communicating with me. after paying money out of my own pocket to bail myself out, i tried to contact mike regarding this situation, i called him every other day for a month, leaving messages, emails, and voicemail, hoping that he would act like the proffessional that he tries to show himself as and return my call. To this day i havent heard back from him.I'm sure hes a good person but i would never want to work with him again and would not recommend anyone to work with him either

Michael represented us in court so we didn't have to go (we live out of town). He kept in touch with us and then sent a letter letting us know that the charges were dismissed!! So neither will appear on my son's driving record and our insurance, which is high enough, won't go up either!! I would d...efinitely recommend Michael to anyone who needs an attorney. He is AWESOME!!!!

Michael defended our daughter in court and was able to get the infraction dismissed. This could have raised our insurance, especially with a teenage daughter on our policy. Michael was professional and timely in his help and always returned our calls when we had concerns. Nothing personal, but I hope... we never have to deal with Michael again. But, if a situation does come up, I wouldn’t think of calling anybody else.
