When I called to inquire about his services, he listened to how I had come to receive a traffic ticket and said he was confident that he could get the ticket dropped. He was professional, reassuring, and polite during our conversation. When I emailed him with ...a question prior to my court date, Michael replied the same day with the answer. I did not need to go to the court hearing since Michael went to represent me. I received a letter from him three days after the hearing reporting that the Court dismissed the infraction and that the ticket will not show on my driving record or be reported to my insurance company.
