Excellent, professional and knowledgeable

I had the privilege of working with Frank Shin after I was in a car accident. No matter how often I had questions, or had any barrier with dealing with my car accident, he made the time to thoroughly talk through things so that I felt competent, at ease and fully aware of what was taking place.
