I would never use nor recommend Phil Su for anything ever again. Talks a good game but then he drops communication but when you question him its I got you don't you trust me? Then wanted 20k for trial and after he got the money did everything in his power to convince to take plea deal, our mistake in... trusting him, asked for funds return and was told how sad I was for even asking also then turned around and when we fired him he testified for the prosecution against my husband HE SOLD HIM OUT

I recently had the misfortune of working with Attorney Phil, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Despite his impressive credentials, he failed to deliver on his promises. From the outset, communication was lacking. I had to repeatedly request updates on my case, and even then, the informati...on provided was vague. His assistant seemed overwhelmed, and I often felt like I was being passed around. When it came to the actual legal work, I was shocked to discover that Attorney Phil was not as knowledgeable as I had expected. He seemed to be winging it, and his arguments were weak. To make matters worse, his billing practices were questionable. I was charged for unnecessary services, and when I questioned the fees, he became defensive. Overall, I would not recommend Attorney Phil to anyone seeking competent legal representation.

Hired Phil to represent me in my DUI case, expecting professional and effective representation. Unfortunately, my experience was disastrous. When it came to court, Phil's defense strategy was nonexistent. He failed to challenge the prosecution's evidence and didn't even cross-examine the key witness. His closing argument was weak and unconvincing. To make matters worse, Phil was consistently unresponsive to my calls and emails. When I finally managed to reach him, he was dismissive and unhelpful. The verdict? Guilty. And the sentence? Harsh.
