He is very knowledgeable and personable, and gave a free consultation to aid in deciding what action to take. After deciding to hired Mr. Yranela after only a short notice of a day or two b...efore the hearing he agreed to take the care. Initially, due to a prior commitment he was going to have to assign another attorney in his office to the matter, but somehow was able to attend the court hearing himself. He successfully got a dismissal of the traffic citation and promptly notified me of the outcome. Roberto was awesome! I basically got a speeding ticket, and didn't want to defer because the caveats of deferring a ticket are RIDICULOUS! You have to PAY for an online class, can't get another ticket for x amount years blah blah blah... it was a terrible option. I google a lawyer and wound up find...ing Roberto. All i had to do was pay Roberto a flat fee through his simple payment email and send him a copy of my speeding ticket. From there he handled everything. I didn't have to attend any court dates, all he did was update me after the hearing. I would like to note though, that for me, the court did not immediately dismiss my ticket. Roberto had to schedule a follow up hearing (i again did NOT have to attend), where it was finally dismissed. The whole process of it finally getting dismissed took around 4 months. Which is great considering that all i had to do was email him my ticket and sit back and wait. He was able to overturn my driving with suspended license conviction. Its was a court error and my license should have never been suspended in the first place. Right after I paid the ticket I tried hiring numerous lawyers and none of them would take my case. After about a year of paying premium insur...ance rates I decided to try another lawyer. I typed in my information online and he got back to me the next day saying he would take the case. I though it was a long shot because every lawyer I talked to said I was pretty much screwed.
