I was involved in a car accident and was in my opinion wrongfully given a ticket. I wasn't sure what to do or expect and was fully resigned to just pay the fine and accept the infraction on my record. Roberto not only educated me in the various options available and what to expect, he handled the... case and kept me informed at every step and continuously explained what the next step would mean. In the end I was ecstatic that he was able to get the charges dismissed. Robert is very good at what he does - I would definitely recommend him.

So I ended up getting into a rear end accident. I explained to Roberto that I was forced over into another lane by somebody else who was speeding all though the evidence did not look good against me Mr. Yranela practically guarranteed me to be able to get it off my record or he would refund me back a...ll the money I payed him. Although I wish he would have kept in contact a little bit more it never really bothered me, he did a fantastic job and had it marked down to a non moving violation. The Officer that wrote the claim put down that I admitted guilt into the accident so I was forced to still have to pay a traffic infraction. However Roberto was completely honest with me from the begininning and I and very responsive I would definittely suggest him again if someone has a traffic ticket they need fought.

I was driving home late at night when I fell asleep. I woke up when my car hit a semi truck. Cut a long story short, the cop arrested me for reckless driving and gave me a no-insurance ticket. I hired Roberto because my friend said he was the best lawyer ever. Sure enough, he got me off on the reckle...ss driving and the insurance ticket with only 1 court hearing like he said he would. Roberto sure knows his stuff. He is efficient and easy to communicate with. He comes highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I've needed to hire Roberto multiple times to defend me with speeding tickets. Fortunately, he is AWESOME and knowledgeable!! He was able to get 2 tickets re-opened and dismissed and 2 new tickets dismissed. He kept me in the loop and his staff was friendly and cooperative when I ca...lled.
