I don't have the best record but after explaining to Roberto what was on my record he was realistic and confident in his results, and even gave me a guarantee. I got pull over for a speeding by a motorcycle police officer and I was always told thoses ticket always stick. I was ticketed for driving 79 in a 60... It happened to be where the freeway changes from 70 to 60 and I wasn't paying attention. I could not afford for this ticket to go on my driving record. It would cost me a ton in monthly insurance increases. Plus, I have another deferred speeding ticket that I ...would have to pay outright too. So I looked around, researched and hired Roberto. He let me know that this would be a challenge because it was 19 miles over, but he would do all he could. Mr. Yranela was able to get my reckless driving in the 2nd degree dismissed. The process was easy. He asked me a couple of questions regarding my driving record.
